What is PRP?
The human body has an amazing ability to heal itself. PRP uses your body’s own substances to hasten regeneration of soft and hard tissues. Because a patient’s own blood is used, there’s no risk of rejection.

How is PRP obtained?
If you qualify for PRP, I’ll draw a very small amount of your blood and place it in a centrifuge. The centrifuge will spin your blood to separate the platelets and growth factors. I’ll extract the healing-rich PRP and inject it into the site to be treated. The process is safe and fast. For your comfort, I can administer soothing sedation prior to your PRP procedure.
